***We are suspending the Philadelphia Tour for 2027 to explore a new region and adventure***

We are going to Berkshires MA!!!!!  One of the most desired regions in the Northeast and USA. A magnet for adventurers of all kind, to include cyclists. And a home of many cultural institutions; museums, live music and theater. 

And if you are lucky enough to join and make the cut, it will be the “ride” of summer 2027, and hopefully a memorable experience for a long time.

Cycling routes: An intensive route library will be provided to cover different levels and experiences. Disclaimer: While we provide routes to cover different levels, distances and terrains, we cannot guarantee that club authorized “Ride Leaders” will be available for all levels. Based on experience most tours cater to C* at all levels, and above.

Participation: Limited to 40 Club members, based on 2 per room. Accommodations include: Lodging, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, hot breakfast (3X), parking, storage room for bikes, private gathering room.  We plan to incorporate an entertainment/Dinner event and possible happy hour reception. Details to follow at a later time.

Special Group Activity Night: In previous tours organized by TW we included a group visit to a comedy club, a combo of a cruise with dinner, and a night at the bowling alley with dinner.  We plan something similar for this tour.

Payment: The total package is $396.00 based on two people per room.  Non-cycling partners are always welcome, pending room availability.  Payment is due upon registration.  Payment options / details will be provided at a later time.

Cancellation and refund: As always, a refund depends on the ability to find a replacement.  No refunds after cutoff-time.
