The Ride for Mental Health is the premier ride in the country benefitting mental health. Come join us to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Ride. You can ride Saturday or Sunday or both days. There is a route for everyone. Choose from a 14 mile rail trail option or road routes of 25, 50 or 100. Fully supported with aid stations every 12.5 miles. All riders and volunteers are treated to a fabulous dinner on Saturday evening catered by the Main Course. One lucky rider will win a 2-night stay for 2 at the Mohonk Mountain House. Olympic cyclists Nelson Vails and Wayne Stetina are retuning this year for the event. Come and get some cycling tips from an Olympian. We also added a KoM and a QoM for this year. The fastest man and woman over the Gunks will each win a gift certificate worth $250.
